I am not pleased on this refinance went. Relatively smooth but information passed to me was not correct. Additionally, was not informed to stop auto pay so I am out money until a different company does their part. (up to 30 days). Initial loan was smooth but this refinance was not. Also was sent to the advocate (Ms Donna) which didn't help much as she called to discuss but was ready to get off the phone after introduction and didn't even ask my thoughts of the entire issue (took info from Company side).

This was our first time using Veteran's United. We had a great experience and would highly recommend them to anyone. Larry McGallagher and his team are very dedicated, knowledgeable and professional in every aspect of the loan process. From our first conversation with Devon (and then Larry, Cameron and Kristy) we were impressed. Everyone is so helpful, always responding right back anytime we had a question. They brought everything together for us in the timeframe we needed. We would definitely use Veteran's United again!

Amazing as usual



First and foremost, Thank you all! Second, I'm glad it's over! At 55, this is my first home purchase. The first home I went under contract with was not so great, but I lay the blame on a shifty seller and an even shiftier seller's agent! Lesson learned. Regroup and got it done right the very next house with a new agent (Christi) I believe picked by Nicki & facilitated by Nicki & Rachel. In the end you all got me into the home I wanted so thank you!

Everything was easy to navigate, the team stayed on top of things, the whole way through.

Team was awesome and for a first time buyer they quickly dispelled every bit of nervousness I had with fast replies to my questions over text while also making this a much easier process than me and my wife believed it would be. App was incredibly helpful in keeping tasks organized and letting us know what to do next. Had a very pleasant experience which is a stark contrast to how first time buying experiences went for some friends that went through local lenders.

Communication was very poor towards the end in the beginning great but by the end we had no clue what was going on.

I've worked with VU through several purchases and refi's. They helped me in a unique situation (married into a home tied up in a divorce decree and had a timeline to get the property financed out of the other party's name through quick claim deed. No other company was interested in helping me figure it out, it was never a challenge for VU.
