First, the Loan Team confirmed for me that my VA benefit had not lapsed or been removed because of a loan issue on my first ever home 40+ years ago. This was something I did not know. Second each person, from the Realtor, to the Loan Concierge, to the Loan Coordinator, to the Loan Officer, to the Underwriters were all fantastic, very knowledgeable and patient answering every question.
