The Veterans United rate could not be beat without a large buy down when compared to other loan companies.

Having used many mortgage companies this was by far the hardest and most frustrating experience I have ever had. The endless request for paperwork that should have been asked for from the beginning. Asking for paperwork when the received page 1 then asking for page 2 2 1/2 weeks later. Having to obtain paperwork from the military that after multiple phone calls to the military, we were told it was actually VA united job to obtain what they were requesting.

We’ve used VU twice and a smaller lender once for our three total times we’ve purchased a home using the VA Loan. Will highly recommend them over and over as we haven’t seen many other lenders top their customer service and support throughout the process.
