Overall the process was so simple and easy. Danny, Mike, and Adriana were a pleasure to work with. I was a loan officer and they knocked it out of the park with their amazing customer service. Their app/web interface is easy to use/follow and was promptly updated by their team whenever there was a new document/change.They were transparent with the whole process. We always felt "in the loop" and didn't get a bad vibe when we asked questions.All in all, my wife and I had a very pleasant experience working with Danny and their team at Veteran's United Home Loans!
Hands down best service, the staff were kind and courteous; and they answered all my questions. I was still a tad bit slow and timid about some misgivings I had with the loan and appraisal process and Veterans United at least in my branch walked me through it all. I even went to a few other loan officers with other companies and I didn't like their rates. V.U. gave me the best possible possible rates they could find, and monitored them like a hawk.
