The loan process was non intuitive. There were about 40 pre actions thrown at us without explanation of their purpose unless we reached out to ask for an explanation.Our title was not completed properly, which will result in a financial burden on us to fix. After putting so much money towards a down payment, it is straining on us to fix the mistake. Additionally, $13,000 was spent for closing costs just to receive an incorrect title. It's a mess.I will be counseling my Soldiers to find a loan elsewhere if they ask me.
Dorian was the absolutely best ever. He was always available and had the correct info we needed. He went way beyond his job and made the process that was very stressful so much better.

I called Veterans United and within that one phone call, we were set up to apply for the loan, knew how much we qualified for and at what interest rate, and were connected to the greatest realtor to help us with the hunt. We had an incredible support system; we knew who the team members were and all of them were always available for questions. Through the app, we knew what was expected of us and were easily able to provide documents through there. We felt very updated throughout the process and always knew what the status was. Then after we closed, we were pleasantly surprised with a gift sent to our new home from our team at Veterans United!
