Michelle Westbrook is the best at what she does. Her communication with us was superb and kept us well informed on every step of this process. I could not have asked for for a better loan officer. Michelle kept our best interest at heart and because of this, we she had our full trust. Michelle walks us through everything from day 1 to the day of closing. Even after closing we know that she’s available to assist in any way possible. We wish we can give a rating of 100 but we will settle for 10.
