Cierra was amazing and really went above and beyond for us. The concierge was not really needed and my loan officer decided that a week before closing it was a good idea to leave and got on holiday. Again Cierra was awesome, but our loan officer, Joe, was disrespectful and dishonest to both of us.

The Veterans United team was awesome while processing our loan process. They made it easy, explained everything along the way answered any questions that we had and was receptive to any changes that we requested.

This being our first home ever (yes, at our age...), we did not know what to do or expect. We were guided by you all every step of the way. Our concierge (Casie) got us connected and on track for this process. She also hooked us up with our realtor. Tyler (our loan officer) got involved immediately and worked on our preapproval. Every step was detailed and explained in ways we could understand. The patience, understanding, and commitment was/is so amazing. Cara kept us on track for the underwriter and Jimmy kept the ball rolling in the same efficient manner when Cara was not available. Alicia got our Homeowners insurance in line and patiently kept making necessary changes as we needed them. We successfully closed on July 25th, 2022!Tyler (our loan officer) has gone out of his way to make our dream come true. He helped us overcome obstacles which could have destroyed our dream from becoming a reality.
