Hands down best service, the staff were kind and courteous; and they answered all my questions. I was still a tad bit slow and timid about some misgivings I had with the loan and appraisal process and Veterans United at least in my branch walked me through it all. I even went to a few other loan officers with other companies and I didn't like their rates. V.U. gave me the best possible possible rates they could find, and monitored them like a hawk.
This was the easiest process because of Danny Reyna. He helped me and my family find and purchase our very first home with ease. We have never purchased a home before and Danny made the process very stress free. Any time we had a question or needed help with anything he was always there and was reliable.
