This is the second time that I’ve bought a home using Veteran’s United. I recently closed and am very satisfied. Lisa and Melissa was fantastic. They always respond quickly, nice, friendly and helpful. The reason I gave 7 out of 10 is the final step where we need to have the final number to transfer money to the title company was delay. I have to keep following up and we didn’t know until afternoon of the day before closing.

The veterans united app is my favorite part about the company. It makes viewing your documents, viewing the loan progression stages, & getting updates quick and easy to understand. They even have built in lessons to teach about the stages as you go!
