The process was a nightmare with the underwriting department asking back and forth for information, such as from mason job, we had to go back twice for a letter. The week of closing you asked for my payment arrangement with IRS, which should have been requested when I did the amendment to change my name on my tax return. I started feeling that I was being discriminated by the underwriting department. This is a very tedious process as a realtor I know that every file is different but you should have been doing this long enough to know what you need on a file and not wait the week of closing to be still wanting paperwork. This process with your company had me stress to the LIMIT.Michelle did an AWESOME job coming back and keeping me updated and explaining Where we were in the process. I would love to send my clients to do business with her but pray that my clients don't fall into the hands of whoever was my underwriter was as Veterans United.
