They make the entire loan process simple, giving complete guidance, always available to answer questions, returning calls quickly and treating us like we are their top priority. They would call us to make sure we always felt comfortable.Every document on line was simply, with Docusign, the app kept us informed of to dos, and everything that was done. They provided names of local insurance companies, moving companies, attorneys, electric, water, sewage, etc. Even kept us informed of closing cost estimates. Veterans United Was absolutely amazing from start to finish. When we first applied for this loan we weren’t quite there yet with our credit. Instead of being told no like we were several times in the past with other lenders, vets United Went above and Beyond and put us in contact with our credit consultant Charlie. He told us exactly what we needed to do in order to get our credit where it needed to be and within no time we were ready to talk to our loan officer! Darin was amazing And also went above and beyond to get us preapproved and helped us through the entire loan process. Morgan was our Loan coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She answered every single one of our questions on a day-to-day basis And made this entire process smooth and very stress free! Kohlie was Our concierge she was very informative and very friendly! We are very grateful for our entire loan team. Veterans United made my Husband and I feel so appreciated for his service. I would absolutely recommend veterans United to any veteran looking to buy a home! We will absolutely be passing on the word to friends! All realtors love working with you all, and most sellers that never heard of you, loved you once it was all over and deal was over and completed. Hannah Liebhart and her entire team , Lauren Sprague, Emily Gandy, Kole Berry, and others I am sure behind the scene, did an outstanding job again....what a team effort.Precise execution of loan processing, and all upstream and downstream processes. My team was amazing, specially Tommy Heller. But I do have to say that Carrie Maddox my files person was absolutely horrible and made my experience more stressful and harder than it needed to be. Carrie made me change my home insurance 4 different times within the short period of time of her working with me and did not want to call me at all. I called her multiple times and it went to voicemail with no response later from her. The only way of contact with her was text or email. She also did not explain anything to me unlike my other team members. Everyone in my team was the best and explained everything to me clearly except Carrie Maddox.
Concierge was rude, unaccommodating and rarely ever returned my call. They also forgot to add my wife on the homeowners policy and to create a second one to fix the mistake. They set me up a better auto policy but didn't discuss any limits wanted set for the policy. They just created a policy with whatever limits they wanted at whatever deductable they wanted. Had to make many calls to fix their mistakes or get answers to my questions.
Toby was great to work with. He was very understanding and accommodating and helped in every way he could.
There were a few hiccups, but none were veterans United's fault. I appreciate everything they did for me to get us to closing. Would highly recommend.
