Very organized and accessible. Great staff. Moving today has become so much more difficult than it was a few decades ago and Veterans United made this arduous and sometimes frustrating process so much easier.
It’s very computer oriented. That’s not the easiest way for me to communicate and almost all of our interactions were via computer. I had a couple people on the phone that were very helpful and that made the process bearable.
I would definitely recommend Veterans United to any veteran buying a house. The interest rates were fair, the staff easy to work with, and the entire process was well organized and competently curated.
