Austin, Matt, and Victoria were genuinely a pleasure to work with and made this process as simple and as smooth as possible. As a first time home buyer, and being military, this team went above and beyond anything I could have asked or even dreamed for. Their knowledge was top tier and their responsiveness was lightening fast. If you’re looking for someone to get everything taken care of promptly, keep you informed during the process, and tell you step by step what it is that is needed from you, they are the rock stars you’re looking for. Between getting a quick closing, getting the closing date changed, and everything in between, all of them really blew me away in making the home buying process easy and as stress free as possible. I have had such an amazing experience ! My team assisted me with the preapproval process by making suggestions on how I can increase my score. Once I was where I needed to be the rest of my team hit the ground running. Found my home and they had me in that home by day 33. It's my first home buying experience so naturally I had a ton of questions, my team answered promptly and with such grace and respect that allowed me to feel safe enough to come to them with anything. They kept me in the loop every step of the way, they communicated with my agent to also ensure she was also informed. They have accommodated and ensured my comfort throughout the home buying experience. Really liked how dumbed down easy the process is. Seemed effortless.Did not like finding out I could save 5k in closing costs and 20k over the corse of 30 yrs with a better interest rate from a different loan company.
