My entire experience from beginning to end went well. Once I was pre-approved, the team really went above and beyond to advise and support me. The person who absolutely deserves all the praise and accolades is Zach Kieffer. He is the most pleasant, smart, and patient person I have ever dealt with. Time and time again, he never hesitated to answer any question I had. I had a ton of questions. He was well spoken, polite, and explained to me everything that I could ask him. He always answered my emails. He always answered my phone calls. Towards the end of the process, I had several questions. I was nervous. It happened to be on a Saturday. I emailed with the knowledge that he would probably not answer them until he got to his office on Monday. I was totally surprised to see that within an hour, Zach had gotten back to me and calmed me down, and talked me through the problem I was having. He is an asset to Veterans United. I hope this praise does not fall on deaf ears. He deserves to be acknowledged for his hard work and dedication to his clients. Thank you

I would recommend Veterans United one thousand percent and then some. They were so communicative throughout the entire process. Never once did I feel as though I did not understand what was happening or lost. Any questions that I did have, they answered and were extremely patient. The entire VU team was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. It made me feel as though this was not my first time buying a home because it felt so natural. I was afraid the process would be long, hard, and maybe someone would pull the wool over my eyes. But the transparency of the VU team made all those fears go away.
