So far my only issue is the Title Company. I wish I would have been given the opportunity to use the Title Company in my city. I feel like the one used is slow with releasing funds and I called them and had to leave a message but have not recieved a return call.
With that being said, I highly recommend my loan officer Kelly Bivens. This is the second time she has helped me with a VA loan and the process went very smoothly both times. Melissa S was also extremely helpful. Thank you again to both.

Veterans United was my last chance to procur a loan for our home! I had exhausted all other avenues. Veterans United gives you all the tools necessary from the 1st call! From the concierge to the credit department to the loan officer and everyone in between, they helped my wife and I get to where we needed to ensure the process was smooth! Everyone we dealt with has also stated that they'll be with us even after we got through signing the loan and title! That doesn't happen with standard banks! First and foremost, Thank you all! Second, I'm glad it's over! At 55, this is my first home purchase. The first home I went under contract with was not so great, but I lay the blame on a shifty seller and an even shiftier seller's agent! Lesson learned. Regroup and got it done right the very next house with a new agent (Christi) I believe picked by Nicki & facilitated by Nicki & Rachel. In the end you all got me into the home I wanted so thank you!
This process was so smooth. The underwater only asked for 1 thing that was minor.
Second time used Veterans United. Ken is hands down no contest real estate agent we ever had. It’s honestly shocking (after and selling a previous home) the difference he made. No kidding, anyone looking to move to our area I will INSIST they let him and his wife look out for their needs.
