Scott Davis and Kurt Lofton were very helpful and informative. They were great. The underwriting process was very stressful. It seemed like the underwriters wanted more and more documents. The whole process ran right to the closing date which caused a lot of stress and anxiety.
We were super impressed with Matthew Rehl and his entire team. The entire process from start to finish was awesome and very little stress. These guys worked together like a well oiled machine. Quick responses to questions and problem solving. I really can’t say enough about the highest quality of customer service and kindness that we received. Outstanding job fellas! After schedulingb a closing day Veterans United informed me that they didn't know that i was closing on that day and cost me a days vacation with even an apology
